An early evening stroll delayed due to the afternoon rain. A popular location for an evening stroll judging by the number of people we saw whilst we were there.
Start: Binsey Cottage (NY 2355 3510)
Route: Binsey Cottage - Binsey - Binsey Cottage
Distance: 1.5 miles Ascent: 215 metres Time Taken: 1 hour
Terrain: Good path.
Weather: Cool and overcast, with a strong wind on the top.

shelter,
Scotland across the Solway Firth from West Crag.
Heading back towards the trig.
The sun appears to be shining on the other side of Bassenthwaite.
Sunlight brightens up Barrow.
